The Enbiente Talent Community is a place where professionals and students can introduce themselves and express an interest in future opportunities to work with us, even when there is no current vacancy in their field.
Some people are looking for a new job. Others are looking for a different challenge. And some simply want to find a place where they can learn, contribute and feel that their work makes a difference.
At Enbiente, we believe a career is shaped by people, experiences and opportunities that do not always arrive when expected. And because the right people do not always come along just as a vacancy opens, we want the chance to get to know each other sooner.
That is how our Talent Community came about: an open door to building a connection, without rushing or making promises we cannot keep.
What is the Enbiente Talent Community?
It is a way for us to stay in touch with people who connect with our projects and the way we work. People with different backgrounds, curiosity, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to find solutions to real problems.
By sharing your profile, you may be considered for future opportunities that match your skills, interests and availability.
The Talent Community is not a list of open vacancies. Expressing an interest does not guarantee an interview or employment. Positions for which we are actively recruiting remain listed separately on the Enbiente Careers page.
Which professional areas are included?
At Enbiente, different disciplines come together on the same projects. Engineering meets technology, fieldwork meets planning, and good ideas need people who can turn them into reality.
The Talent Community covers 16 professional profiles, organised into four areas:
Engineering and Sustainability
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Systems Engineering and Biology.
Digital, Automation and Control
Computer Networks and Systems, Robotics and Mechatronics.
Operations and Technical Support
Electrical Installation, Renewable Energy Technicians, Gas Technicians, Plumbing and Industrial Maintenance.
Management and Growth
Project Management and Marketing.
These are different paths, but they can all contribute to a shared goal: developing practical solutions in energy, water, environment and technology.
Explore our professional areas on the Careers page.
What do we value in people who want to join Enbiente?
We value technical knowledge, but also the willingness to keep learning. Attention to detail, but also the ability to listen. Independence, without losing the spirit of teamwork.
Our projects bring together different disciplines and real challenges. There is room for people who enjoy thinking and designing, for those who prefer hands-on work, for those who work with software and automation, and for those who know how to organise and communicate.
We believe talent grows when people have opportunities to learn and collaborate. That is also why we seek to bring education and professional experience closer together. For the second consecutive year, Enbiente awarded a Merit Scholarship to a student who had completed an internship with the company, supporting the continuation of their higher education.
It is a tangible expression of a belief we hold: talent is not just recruited. It is nurtured.
How can you express your interest?
The first step is simple: visit the Enbiente Careers page, explore the professional areas and choose the one that best matches your background.
Then share your CV, experience and availability using the relevant form. Our team may review your profile and, when a suitable need arises, get in touch to confirm whether you are still interested and available.
If you are looking for an immediate opportunity, you can also check the open positions section, where current recruitment processes are listed.
What if your next chapter started here?
We do not know every challenge the coming years will bring. What we do know is that we want to keep working with people who ask questions, look for solutions, share knowledge and enjoy seeing ideas take shape.
There may not be a vacancy with your name on it yet. But that does not mean we cannot start getting to know each other.
If this way of working resonates with you, explore Enbiente Careers and express your interest in our Talent Community. We would love to learn about your journey.
