Rock in Rio 2026

Innovation takes on real meaning when it leaves the technical context and becomes part of people's everyday lives. It was with this vision that Enbiente took part in Rock in Rio Lisboa, in partnership with Windcredible, bringing renewable energy to one of the world's biggest music festivals.

From the very first moment, we followed the development of this project, contributing to the integration of a hybrid solution that combined wind microgeneration, solar energy and storage to power the Energy Points spread across the venue. This technology let festival-goers charge and use power banks fed by renewable energy, showing in a simple and accessible way how innovation can be present in the moments that bring thousands of people together.

More than a technological demonstration, this participation represented a new way of bringing sustainability closer to the public. By integrating clean-energy solutions into an event of this scale, we show that the energy transition doesn't belong only to industry or critical infrastructure - it can be part of everyday experiences, becoming visible, useful and close to everyone.

Rock in Rio Lisboa was also a milestone in the partnership between Enbiente and Windcredible, highlighting the potential of collaboration to turn innovative ideas into projects with real impact.
