Not every project starts with power output. Some start with a constraint: do not touch the roof. When the starting point is an asphalt membrane that cannot be pierced, the solution stops being generic and becomes engineering.

Context

Generating energy without compromising the home.

The home had a flat roof with an asphalt membrane, where any penetration could pose a future risk of water infiltration. At the same time, the owners were looking for a premium solution based on benchmark European equipment, built to deliver high performance for years to come.

Design a photovoltaic installation able to fully preserve the home's roof, maintain a discreet integration, and rely exclusively on high-quality equipment.

Design and installation

Enbiente designed a solution tailored to the home's characteristics, prioritising equipment reliability and protection of the existing roof.

  • Photovoltaic system comprising nine Meyer Burger White 400 W panels
  • Installed power of 3.6 kWp
  • SMA Solar Technology inverter
  • Esdec FlatFix Fusion structure, specifically designed for flat roofs
  • Installation carried out without any penetration of the asphalt membrane

Result

The result

The home now generates a significant share of the energy consumed daily, while the roof's integrity remains intact and the building's aesthetics are preserved. More than a photovoltaic installation, this project shows that efficiency, design, and durability can coexist - because when a solution is correctly designed, solar energy integrates naturally into the architecture and the life of those who use it.
