- replace the product with an equivalent alternative

12. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Enbiente by email at [email protected]
The product must be returned:
- in perfect condition
- complete (including cables, accessories, manuals, and original packaging)
- without signs of use or installation
- accompanied by the invoice
Enbiente reserves the right to refuse returns of products that have been used, installed, or otherwise handled.
13. Exclusions from the Right of Return
Returns are not accepted for:
- customized or made-to-order products
- electronic components once opened
- activated software
- batteries, inverters, controllers, and equipment that have already been installed
- products purchased by companies for professional use
- materials specially ordered for the customer
These exclusions are provided for under Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
14. Refunds
After validation of the return, Enbiente will issue the refund using the same payment method.
The refund may be withheld until the products are received and inspected.
Additional premium delivery costs are non-refundable.
15. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
They may be carried out subject to product availability.
16. Warranties
Products sold benefit from the statutory 3-year warranty for consumers (Decree-Law No. 84/2021), unless the manufacturer provides a longer warranty period.
The warranty does not cover:
- incorrect installation
- improper use
- normal wear and tear
- electrical or atmospheric damage
- unauthorized technical intervention
Technical equipment may require evaluation by authorized service centers.
17. Liability
Enbiente shall not be liable for:
- temporary failures of the website
- damages resulting from improper use of products
- force majeure events
- losses arising from cyberattacks
Enbiente implements security measures; however, it cannot guarantee the complete absence of risks inherent to the use of the internet.
