Visoparts, a certified company specialising in parts and accessories for trucks and semi-trailers, began its energy transition process with Enbiente’s support.
The project included a detailed energy audit and the installation of a photovoltaic system, reinforcing the company’s commitment to efficiency, sustainability and decarbonisation.
Energy audit: the first step towards efficiency
Although the Visoparts building is recent and has an A energy rating, Enbiente carried out a full energy audit, proving that even efficient buildings can benefit from continuous optimisation.
The study identified:
- Abnormal consumption in air-conditioning systems;
- High consumption from outdoor lighting during the night period.
This analysis made it possible to define specific actions to improve energy performance and reduce waste.
Measures implemented
Intelligent air-conditioning control
A climate-management controller was installed to automatically regulate AC operation, avoiding usage during periods when the space is not occupied.
Optimised outdoor lighting management
In the car park, Enbiente implemented zone-based routines, allowing only some areas to remain lit instead of all lighting fixtures operating at the same time.
The result: higher savings and lower environmental impact.
Photovoltaic system: clean and independent energy
To reduce dependence on the electricity grid and lower energy costs, Enbiente installed a photovoltaic self-consumption production unit.
This system is expected to enable:
- A reduction of 88,000 kg of CO₂ emissions;
- An estimated production of 256 MWh over the system’s useful life;
- Greater energy autonomy and cost predictability.
With this solution, Visoparts takes a firm step in its decarbonisation strategy and strengthens its role as a responsible and forward-looking company.
Congratulations to Visoparts
Enbiente is proud to support companies that place sustainability among their priorities.
Visoparts is now more efficient, greener and better prepared for the energy future.
